UPDATE IS NEEDED

I woke up this morning to a notification on my phone, about thirteen applications were seeking update.

I have always skipped the updates to be reminded later but the device constantly reminds me to update the system and the applications.

We all have devices,

gadgets, machines (whatever works for you) and these are used constantly or periodically. They have their different functions and render the services they  have been programmed to offer.

From time to time, these gadgets or machines ask for update or require upgrade for optimal functionality.

Man is known to be the mother of machinery or technology(gadgets) and because of his constant usage, is daily required to update for excellent performance. If your social media applications require update periodically how much more you?

THE WORLD IS EVOLVING

It is an error to be in this ever evolving generation and not update. Most of us are still thinking jet age when we are in the Gen Z era.

This time AI's are ruling the world, ousting people from their jobs and you don't want to update and upgrade? To survive in this times, update is required.

Never dwell in the information of yesterday because as the new day comes, fresh knowledge and insights come. Life is a constant state of update. The boy you knew yesterday will update into a man.

UPDATE YOUR MIND

Life updates, our bodies updates.

Update simply put is growth, improvement.

Note: If all that is growing in you is your body, you are not growing.

Growth outside the mind is no growth at all.

For android users, before you update an application, your play service must be updated.

Take the play service to be your mind and every other part of you to be your WhatsApp, Facebook apps etc.

When your mind is updated with fresh knowledge, every part of you updates effortlessly, why; the mind is the center of the body, your nervous system that controls the nerves, conveying information to other parts of the body. It is the  Holy Book that says "As a man thinketh in his heart so is he".

James Allen wrote a whole book around it.

Update your mind, update your thoughts, update you. Stop giving the world this outdated version of you. We need the updated you.

Update!  Get new ways to solve that problem, stop sulking and retarding, update and grow.

The sooner you update, the faster you achieve purpose. Remember the whole aim for living and doing the things you do is to achieve the WHY of your life; so update . Add to your knowledge bank. No day should go by without you learning something new.

Learn a new way of filing that report.

For iPhone users when the phone is not updated, it can't install apps right? You can't attract certain connections, business deals, your boss can't give you the raise you seek or can't entrust you with some layers of duty that would add to your resume because this version of you is outdated and the task can only be solved by the updated you. Quit eating the bread of sorrows and drinking from the glass of tears when you should be updating yourself. Read books, take online classes, watch YouTube videos and grow.

You'll be doing yourself and your generation a whole lot of good when you update yourself.

ACTION POINTS

 1.  Get a notebook and daily write in it one new thing you've learnt.

 2. Read one new book every month.

 3. Decide to update as your world is updating.

Happy updating!!
