Getting yourself into gear for the new year is beyond writing out your new year resolutions and goals. You must clear your mind of the past years failures so you can be ready to take on new tasks and challenges. The mind, our mind is likened to a house, where activities go on every minute. If someone is not walking from room to room, another is listening to some loud sounds, another may be talking, some people may be reading, others sleeping, another sweeping or doing laundry.
