It is spiritual energy that burns when you overcome temptation, live right and display Christ and so on. As young Christians who want to effectively and constantly walk with God and work the works o the Father it is pertinent that we practice withdrawal so we can recharge. In the long run, we have experienced different levels of disappointments and setbacks because we were looking out for perfection.
