CREATING SUPPORT SYSTEMS FOR EXTRAORDINARY SUCCESS

No one man can achieve success alone. No one can be an island. The idea of reaching heights by oneself is a selfish concept and ends in underperformance or self-criticism.

To be happy and successful on earth, you just have to have people that you rely on."
~ Michael Schur

Creating support systems for success involves establishing a network of resources, relationships, and strategies aimed at facilitating personal and professional growth.

To create an effective support system, you must first consider the following:

Your Goals

Clearly define your goals and aspirations. What does success mean to you?
What would happen in your life to mean you have achieved success?
Having a clear vision will help you understand what kind of support you need.

Your Needs

Clearly define what you have and what you need to attain the next level of your success. You must be truthful to yourself as you begin this journey of building connections with men and growing.

Now, you can begin to build a community that can help you succeed.

1. Seek Mentors

Find individuals who have achieved success in areas that interest you and seek their guidance. Mentors provide valuable insights, advice, and encouragement based on their own experiences.

2. Build a Diverse Network

Cultivate a network of people with diverse backgrounds, expertise, and perspectives. This network can provide guidance, support, and access to new opportunities. Engage in communities or organizations related to your field or interests. Communities like this can offer access to like-minded individuals who can provide support, collaboration, and learning opportunities. In communities like these, you can bounce ideas on your peers and get constructive criticism that will aid your success journey. Writers have what they call workshops and Analysts do brainstorm sessions.

3. Invest in Learning and Personal Development

Continuously learn and develop new skills and knowledge. Be intentional about growing. Attend workshops, webinars, conferences, or pursue formal education. This investment enhances your abilities and increases your chances of success. As much as you want men to lend their support, you must have what to offer.

4. Establish Accountability Partners

Find someone who can hold you accountable for your progress and help you stay motivated. This could be a friend, colleague, or even a coach. Regular check-ins can help you stay on track and maintain focus. This may even be the most important support you can cultivate. This person or people will keep you grounded.

5. Prioritize Self-Care

"Finally, be kind to yourself and have a good support system." ~ Nikki DeLoach

Taking care of your well-being is crucial. Ensure you get enough sleep, exercise regularly, maintain a healthy diet, and manage stress effectively.
A healthy mind and body are a critical support system. Many never value their health till they lose it.

Creating a support system for success is an ongoing process. You would have to prune and trim your connections. Regularly assess and update your network, goals, and strategies as you progress towards your desired outcomes.

Enjoy your journey to success!

BLEEDING OF THE MIND

The worst form of injury to have is an internal bleeding. When someone has a fall, after checking for a broken bone or ruptured body part, doctors check for internal bleeding because it's as deadly as any deadly injury you can think of. Doctors being wary of the implications of an internal bleeding recommend multiple scans to be sure there is none. Bleeding  of the mind does not just occur, it is triggered by  the traumatic experiences you've  had in life, the harsh events that you've been subjected to, you have had damaged mental vessels, disfigured  thinking patterns, broken emotional lines; vessels that have become ruptured due to the twist and turn of life thereby leaving you with heavy bleeding inside. This bleeding of the mind is most times caused by betrayal, rejection, setups, repeated  failures and all that. As opposed to surface bleeding, bleeding of the mind is not visible. Most times even the victim is not aware of it. Signs that you are exper...
