MIND BATTLE: Fighting Deep Rooted Beliefs and Trauma

The mind battle is not limited to our conscious mind; it extends to our subconscious.

Deep-rooted beliefs, traumas, and unresolved emotions can resurface in the form of internal struggles. Reconciling with these aspects of ourselves requires self-awareness, and sometimes professional guidance.

However, mind battles can also manifest as the struggle between rationality and emotions

Our logical mind will always clash with our desires and fears leading to conflicting perspectives. This unstableness often results in a battle between what we think we should do and what we truly want to do.

We've all had times where we doubted the best decisions we've made.

Fear not, you are not alone in this we are all in this together. There are times I have strongly doubted my decisions.

Know this, it's natural; It is the battle of your mind going on, a struggle in the inward part of you. This is the point where you cannot think clearly or straight: Your mind and heart are engaged on a tussle challenging your existing belief system infiltration it with week and fleeting emotional viewpoints.

Here your resolve is tested and if you can manage yourself from becoming a victim then I can say you are on the way to mastering self.
