CLEAR EMOTIONAL BACKLOG

Man is an emotional animal whose whole being is wired by the thread of emotion hence the longings to constantly express or  showcase emotion.

Since there is the daily showcase of emotion, we are faced with different results that are positive and negative some are just there; neither good or bad and this has a way of taking a toll on your output rate.

No matter how we deny and claim to not feel emotion, I am a hundred percent sure that everyone is plagued with on emotional issue or the other spanning across  love,  hate, disgust, anger, failure success distrust, betrayal, fear, guilt etc  emanating from home, office, society, religious organization and so on.

This big bag pack full of emotional remnants weigh us down and tend to block our path of reasoning. So it would do you more good to clear off these backlogs because the mountain of 2024 is meant to be climbed by men who are are light weighted.

DELETE THE NEGATIVE BUTTON

The accumulation of negative words and  thoughts creates and feeds the negative button in our lives.

The negative button over time starts feeding on our minds riding us of who we truly are, blinding our eyes to the possibilities spread around us.

For better productivity this year and beyond, for great and meaningful output in life, the negative button has to be consciously deleted, damaged and destroyed.

As humans we sometimes feel comforted in negative thoughts not knowing it is as detrimental to us as salt is to metal. This year make sure to squash the button of negativity as it should be found no where near you.

Activity 1: For the next three days, do not let your mind think any negative thought.

Activity 2: Let go every feeling of hate you carry in your heart. Apologize to everyone you may have wronged and mean it.

Share your experiences with me, I will be glad to hear them.
